Day 1 (04/17/2003) Las Vegas Strip


After the meal, Bill and I planned to go out and relax by the pool, but plans did not work out that way. Both of us decided to lie down and take a brief nap, because both of us had little sleep the night before and I was exhausted. The nap lasted seven hours to about 9:30 PM local Pacific Time. When we awoke, we walked down half the Las Vegas Strip. Many pictures were taken, but only a few turned out. I should have used a tripod for these low light night photos. We had dinner at a Treasure Island restaurant, and then walked back. Next time in Las Vegas I will walk the southern half of the 4-mile long strip. Below are the photos taken that night..
