“105.7 and 96.7 the Groove” bolts towards Top 40/Rhythmic as “Wild 105-7 and 96-7”
Well it is now official, but as predicted with the abandonment of “95.5-the Beat”, Clear Channel has made the change
official by changing its name to “Wild 105-7 and 96-7”. Their play list has abandoned a large amount of 70s and 80s
dance and added more hip hop to the format wheel. This will make the station almost identical to the “95.5 the Beat”
branding which Cox Radio offered at 95.5 FM months ago. Instead for the Adult Contemporary/Rhythmic Classification it
is following a more Top-40/Rhythmic format. This will take the 105.7 and 96.7 out of competition with some stations such
as Kiss-104.1 and B-98.5, but places them in direct competition with “Star-95” and “Q-100” along also with “V-103” and
“Hot-107.9” (102.9) with the new branding. This is an interesting trend which seams to be occurring in many cities,
where station owners are abandoning variety in exchange for direct competition of very similar format styles. Cities such
as Nashville with “102.5 the Party”, “I-106” and “107.5 the River” and Chattanooga with “96.5 the Mountain”, “Kiss-103.7”
and “98.1-LND” are in competition for the same Current Top-40 hits market. Unlike in both Nashville and Chattanooga,
all three Atlanta stations do completely blanket the entire metro area with decent grade signals. With music becoming
more mainstream and with many stations in the market playing this limited range of music, radio becomes very cookie
cutter from city to city and station to station. In Atlanta, “Star-94” at 94.1 is more Adult Targeted Top-40 or Hot AC,
while “Q-100” at 99.7 plays a little bit of all the hits. Finally, “Wild 105-7 and 96-7” is Top 40/Rhythmic with the
addition of more Hip Hop and Top-40 Dance.
The moniker “Wild-96.7” has already been used in the Atlanta Market when this format was attempted in the early 90s by this rim-shot station out of Newnan, GA but quickly abandoned about a year later. That station has flipped from R&B Hip Hop, to Country, to AC, to Country, to Spanish, to Country Legends and then back to Top 40/Rhythmic. The 96.7 coverage is very limited to the Southern most Atlanta Metro area and may not be able to stand alone as an independent station in the Atlanta market because of these coverage limitations.
Finally, this change also puts away the possibilities that Atlanta will have true Dance Radio station such as B-96 in
Chicago (HD-2 Channel) and Party 105.3 in New York City anytime in the near future unless another station decides to
flip. But don’t worry as if you are properly connected, all these stations are available on 3G or higher cellular
networks by using proper apps. Other interesting formats which could be looked into for broadcasting or internet
listening are “Gen-X Radio” which is broadcasted on 97.3 in Albany, GA and in Columbus, OH online. These stations
play all your favorites “From your last 45s to your latest MP3s” with music from the 80s, 90s and today geared more
towards the Generation X crowd with Alternative, early and mainstream Hip-Hop and Top-40 music (instead of the
traditional 80s, 90s and today “Mix” stations). Another and my most favorite radio format “Party Dance” formats
which music ranges from Electronica, House and Techno which almost completely disappeared from radio dials nationwide,
but may be making a comeback especially on the HD-2 and HD-3 digital radio channels. Let us not forget the “Jack-FM”
Format which is available in many cities nationwide where the station plays what they want on “96.3” in the Nashville
Area, “104.1” in Pensacola, FL/Mobile, AL and many others nationwide. Finally a fourth possibility, however a little
burned out, is the “Point” radio format which plays the Top-40 Hot AC hits from the late 70s, 80s and early 90s which
has stations nationwide. I will have to pull out my 33s for my Solid Gold favorites from the Bee-Gees and Diana Ross,
but luckily I don’t do that often, it a real tragedy. I will be always monitoring for the next radio change!
Happy Listening!

FM 96.7 is now South Atlanta Simulcast for Groove 105.7!
Atlanta’s Groove 105.7 format is now reaching farther Southern Atlanta suburbs because of the recent flip of Classic
Country 96.7 to WWLJ in Peachtree City to a simulcast of WWVA out of Canton/Marietta/Buckhead to now add the southern
metro area to the party. For almost a year “The Groove @ 105.7” has been playing an expansive play list of dance and
disco songs from the 70s, 80s, 90s and today under the new music format called Adult Contemporary/Rhythmic. While
this format has been around for some time in very large markets such as New York, it has never really taken off as a
viable mix of music.
I truthfully hoped the format in Atlanta would later add more European Dance and Techno spins in the play list which
never happened at the Groove in Atlanta. However “102.5 the Party” in Nashville, TN and “107.3 the Groove” in
Pensacola delves its play list deeper into current dance and light techno. However with the switch of WBTS “95.5 the
Beat” to “NewsTalk AM 750/FM 95.5 WSB” the Atlanta Groove format is bulleting to more of a hip hop mix. “The Groove”
format is being released in many cities nationwide including Pensacola, Florida at 107.3 which servers the Panama City,
Pensacola, Mobile service market in the Florida and Alabama panhandles. One side note, 96.7 and 105.7 have a simulating
history as “Viva 96.7/105.7” with Spanish Language programming, just two years ago. Another format spins. As always
looking out for the next one to take shape!

Neil, Clark and AM-750 Programming now on FM @ 95.5!
Atlanta’s WBTS “95.5 the Beat” has ended its decade in the airways as Cox Radio decided to abandon the brand and format
in favor of Simulcasting its Top Notch News/Talk AM 750 radio station on FM. I am surprised this has not taken place
before this as AM 750 continues to Top or flirt with the top spot in the ratings, but who’s clear channel signal is
plaged with Spark intreference and noise as is all AM Radio stations. WBTS “95.5 the Beat” which is licensed to
Doraville/Atlanta and was a move in from Athens, Georgia, does have a good Atlanta signal footprint through most of
the metro area and even up into the NW Georgia Region due to its high tower location at the Gwinett/Barrow County Line.
However the signal inprofections are very noticable with the talk radio format.
WBTS did have modest ratings, however they were dropping because of the drop in hip hop music interest and the
influence of “105.7 the Groove” which took to the air about a year ago. Cox Communications said this move was an
attempt to get the younger generation involved in the Conservative Views of Talk Radio of which most in that age group
would miss because they generally do not listen to the AM band for any programming. WSB AM-750 which is often called
one of the nations leading Talk Radio Stations sindicating local talent out such as Clark Howard and Neil Boortz.
Other on air talent includes Sean Hanity and Michale Savage.

Steve McCoy out, Vikki Locke may follow on B-98.5!
Steve McCoy Out….Vikki Locke maybe out at a later date. This is a shock to Atlanta Listeners. I will have to admit I
just realized this today after thinking Steve McCoy has been on a very long vacation as I have not heard him on the air
for a while. After a little internet research, it turns out B-98.5 quietly let him go in February and left Vikki to fend
for herself. Radio listeners either like the Steve & Vikki Morning Show or can’t stand it, either way they have been a
major fixture in Atlanta for about 20 years. “B-98.5’ which picked up the Steve & Vikki morning show just 18 months ago,
let Steve McCoy go and allowed Vikki Locke to continue solo. For me I have followed the duo since 1985 when I moved back
to Atlanta from Tennessee. For me it started with then Top-40 “Z-93”. Then Powerhouse “Power-99” then took the duo on
for a while they were building their audience and becoming the Top-40 Powerhouse in the Early 90s. Then in 1993 “Star-94”
revived the duo for around fifteen years making this there long time home. Then in 2008 Star 94 decided they wanted to go
off into a new morning direction to appeal to their younger Top-40 crowd bringing in a team from Indianapolis, Indiana,
which were quickly replaced with the evening drive team “Cindy and Ray” which currently reside on air. After an eight
month absence “B-98.5” WSB picked them up to bring them back to Atlanta. Everyone in the industry thought this was a
direct hit. The older Steve & Vikki crowd moving from a Top 40 to a Adult Contemporary station made a lot of sense.
I loved the Steve & Vikki morning show, really only listed to B-98.5 for the morning show and flipped to other stations.
All I have to say is thank you WSB for making me suffer through the Christmas Music to hear my favorite morning duo only
to dismiss them after the holidays were over. I guess 98.5 can now get taken out of the presets while waiting for them
to land at their next home. Online rumors hint at a possible move to “105.7 the Groove” but again those are rumors.

Chattanooga gains another Top40, CHR Radio station. WLND at 98.1 FM dropped the Legend Country music
format in favor or Hot-AC or Adult Targeted Top-40 which plays all the Mainstream Top-40 hits, but stays
away from the edgier Hip Hop Music. “LND” at 98.1 is broadcasting from Signal Mountain with only 1,000
watts but has a good signal through out the Chattanooga Downtown area. However like all Chattanooga stations,
their signal areas are very limited and sporadic based on area topography. WLND will now add to “965 the
Mountain” and Kiss-103.7 as the third Top 40 Station in the Chattanooga Market. As with Nashville and many
other cities it will be interesting to see if all stations can continue with relatively the same format.
Chattanooga’s and North Georgia’s Topography however provides very limited broadcast reach to listeners.
Very few broadcasters go beyond I-59 on I-24 towards Nashville. Some stations are cut by the East Ridge
Cut and others by the mountains east of Chattanooga and in North Georgia. Because of these geographic
limitations, not all areas will be served with all signals. Also 96.5 the Mountain and Kiss-103.7 edge
more towards Rhythmic Top 40 and WLDN 98.1 is more Adult geared Top-40.
One additional note, Chattanooga is still left without any New Rock Radio Format. “96.5 The Mountain” re-launched as Top-40 a couple of years ago after abandoning the “New Rock” Format which is falling off radio dials nationwide.

so left just into the 2nd Period and did not get involved as much.

I just returned from an attempted insurance seminar to test my insurance policy….A ski trip. I logged
another couple of hours on the slopes in Vail, Colorado. I think that I might almost be ready for some
easy courses. Skiing is fun, but if done right falling can be even more fun. If your ski fall ends
up on America’s Funniest Home Videos, that may be a little embarrassing, but is fine; however, if it ends
up on YouTube that is just sad. Luckily I fell only once and was caught by a pretty, young lady. That
is never a bad thing! I also met up with a fellow high school friend to climb all 14,100 feet of Pike’s
Peak near Colorado Springs. The 19-mile road was a trip in more ways than one!

Welcome to the 10s….Yes we are in another decade. In talking to almost everyone the first ten years of
this century have not been very kind to many: 9/11, war in Afghanistan and Iraq, a little heath problems
for myself, the housing Bubble, massive job losses and so much more. It is time to place all of that
behind us and look forward to a fresh start.
I am ready to jump into 2010 with both feet forward. This year was the first Christmas that I actually had a substantial amount of time off during the holiday period. Between Christmas and New Years weeks, I only worked 1 day out of ten because of the way unused vacation and the holidays wound up on the calendar. I cannot believe that I am saying this, but I am ready to get back to work. Hope all of you had great holidays and is starting 2010 off to a Great Start! I wish you all the best wishes in 2010!

For more than 10 years I have been
saying that Atlanta needs a Party Dance Station and as of this week its here. “Groove at 105.7” broadcasting from
Canton, GA under the calls WWVA is set to serve the northern 3/4 of the Atlanta Metro Area Market from its Radio Tower
off I-575 and Sixes Road (or Sweat Mountain in Marietta; online and FCC data conflicts).
Songs in the Play list includes a wide variety of dance or dance type hits including Britney Spears “Womanizer”; Black Eyed Peas; Madonna “Get into the Groove”; DJ Sammy “Heaven; Outcast “I Like the Way You Move”; Blondie “Heart of Glass”; Destiny’s Child “Never Gonna Get It”; Shakira “Hips Don’t Lie”; Heavy D & the Boyz “Now that We Found Love” and “Retro Groove Injections” like KC & the Sunshine Band “That’s the Way I Like It”. “102.5 the Party” 102.1 and 102.5 in Nashville has flirted with this type of format several times in the past five years, but mainly stay more towards the Hip-Hop edge much like Atlanta’s “955 the Beat” and “Q-100”. It will be interesting to see over time if 105.7 the Groove goes more into techno style artists such as Darude, Tiesto, like other Dance Radio Stations over the years such as Miami’s “Party 93.7”, Phoenix’s “Energy 92.7 and 101.1” and online stations “Energy 98” and “iPartyRadio.com” Another thing to watch is how this will affect “Q-100” and “Star-94”’s Saturday Night Programming.
The 105.7 frequency has rotated formats many times first stating as Country at 105.5 just serving the Canton Area, then once FCC approval came for a tower upgrade, they have tried simulcast FM-Talk with WGST, Classic Hits, Spanish and now this new Adult Contemporary/Rhytmic Classified Format. Clear Channel also owns the 105.3 frequency in Bowden, GA which also broadcasts a radio format targeted at Spanish listeners. They will merge the two formats into the 105.3 signal. Good Luck “Maximum Music Station at 105.7” I will be listening. I have a reason to turn off the IPOD when in Atlanta. Enjoy 10,000 Groovy songs in a Row. I just hope they cut down on the Disco and add more European Dance/Techno.

Thanks to everyone for your Birthday wishes this week. I spent my birthday working in Nashville, TN. We had a
tight deadline, so I helped my team working overnight to guarantee completion so I was awake when the day started,
and at 6 AM went back to bed. At 11 AM CST once up, I drove home to Atlanta, but stopping to do a little work in
Birmingham “on the way home”. Yes I know that was not on the way home, but what a great way to spend your birthday
working, listening to your IPOD while on a road trip. These days are numbered as my dad stated that now I am on the
“Rapid Slide to 40”… That statement was a little depressing, but I cooked myself a brownie mix when I was home to
relieve the pain! Thanks again for your contacts. :)

FM Frequency from Rome is attempting a Rim-Shot into the Northwest Metro Atlanta Area. Today
I bumped onto a new FM signal located at 93.5. The station occupying the frequency goes by
the Non-ID “935 Life-FM” and is targeted at “Kennesaw, Rome, Cave Springs” or “Coosa, Calhoun
and Acworth” and all areas in range. This station at one time was Rome’s News Talk Station
WSRM and is still using those calls as a leased station; however we are not certain if those
calls will be changed to reflect the non-id. The signal is strong driving along I-75 into
Northwest Georgia; however the signal is weak at my house four miles East of Town Center Mall
in Kennesaw, so adding Kennesaw and Acworth as service areas is a little bit of a stretch.
This station plays Contemporary “Upbeat” Christian music (some of which is good) but this
adds to the already three Christian formats serving the Atlanta Area which includes WCCV 91.7
Carterville (also with translators at 92.1 Canton, 92.3 Marietta, 100.9 Woodstock and many
others), 104.7 the Fish WFSH Athens-Atlanta, and J-93.3 WVFJ Manchester-Atlanta. Interesting
attempt at increasing advertising revenue by repositioning as a NW Atlanta Radio station, but
only time will tell if it has any effect on current radio players. The most effected with
be 91.7 WCCV, but they are not as heavy into music.

Nashville’s 106.7 get a new format. Late in July WNFN in Belle Meade/Nashville flipped
formats in favor of Top-40 Mainstream music under the name “I-106”. For longtime Nashville
Residents 107.5-the River used to have the Non-Id of “Y-107”, a coincidence?? This will
give Nashville its third Top-40 station and leave them without an ESPN Radio Format until
another station picks up the syndication. I-106 started with 1006 songs in a row, and I
have to admit has a very good mix of music. The Top-40 format is also carried in Nashville
by “107.5-the River” and the “102 the Party” at 102.1 and 102.5 (which goes a little more
into the Rhythmic/Rap)(Not a Dance station!). Nashville actually has very strong signals
from an additional three rim shot signals all from other local cities which can be received
from the car in downtown. These include “Wow-Wow-107(.1)” from Bowling Green, Kentucky,
“Magic 98.5” with a very strong signal from Cookeville, TN and WZYP from Huntsville, AL
which can be received in the southern parts of downtown. An additional fourth out of town
top-40 format signal is also available to parts of Nashville on 106.9 from
Monterey-Cookeville-Crossville, TN from Kicks-106.9 although this signal is a little weaker.
The ratings books will be
interesting over the next couple of years to see who looses the challenge or if all three
can remain liquid carrying the relatively same format.
Nashville's I-106 Website
On one other NOTE: It is rumored that 100.5 in Birmingham, AL which was known as the “Vulcan” and now “Live 100.5” may have flipped to all Talk with Rush Limbaugh. Nothing could be found online of this change, so a trip to Birmingham will be needed to confirm exactly what happened…If this occurred, Birmingham will be left with very few options. WQEN as Top-40, and Eagle-106.9 for Classic Hits…

Being a lover of weather, I was excited to be driving into Nashville, TN just as a severe thunderstorm warning
was in progress, but this one was a little different. Exiting I-24 near the Hickory Hallow Mall, just SE of
downtown, I shot this photo of a horizontally rotating funnel cloud. Now it was not approaching ground yet,
so it was not a tornado, but the storm sure packed a punch. One mile from the job site and the heavens opened up.
It was raining so hard that the streets almost immediately flooded with water. I was now at the site, but decided
to wait till the storm passed before leaving my car. Then came the wind; rocking another vehicle in the parking lot.
What was about to happen, I decided that I MUST get inside as maybe this was becoming more than just a thunderstorm.
Running into the building a bolt of lightning hit a close light pole in the parking lot, but I am still here. God
must not be ready for me yet! No tornado was confirmed to have touched down and no Tornado Warning was issued,
however power was knocked out to 15,000 Nashville residents and it was difficult getting to the motel room because
of downed trees covering the road.

Jack is Back in Chattanooga! The Jack-FM radio format in Chattanooga, TN was located on 95.7 as WHJK until the format
was switched to Pulse News, a News and Talk radio Format under the call letters WPLZ. However while driving through the
city I found the Jack FM format on the 93.1 FM signal which is a Northeast rim-shot broadcaster WSSA, however data or
location of transmitter has not yet been determined. Just like all smaller Chattanooga Stations, the signal begins
around the I-24 & I-59 intersection when coming out of the mountains from Nashville, but this signal while weak, did
provide a signal south of Dalton, GA. Jack FM is a radio format that plays a very large library of music from the 70’s,
80’s, 90’s and today with a focus on the 80’s. WSSA will transmit the closest Jack format to the city of Atlanta;
however it is too weak to be received like some of the larger Chattanooga stations (ex: 96.5 the Mountain, KZ 106
(106.5) and US-101 (100.7). There is another Jack radio station located in Murfreesboro/Nashville at 96.3-Jack FM and there
is an estimated 100 more through the US and Canada. Jack-FM’s slogan is “We Play What We Want” and sometimes this is a good thing..
--- Jack Format also located near Charleston, SC at 97.7
--- Jack Format also availiable in Mobile, AL at 104.1

June 12th is the big day and are you Ready? All Full Power Broadcast Channels stop Broadcasting
in Analog signal, the standard which has been around for years, and switch to digital broadcasting.
There are many advantages to Digital Broadcasting. First, more information (multiple channels) can
occupy the same space. Second If you get the signal it is Crystal Clear, no ghosting, no static
interference. You either get the channel or you don’t. There is no in between (outside of freeze ups). On issue however,
the digital channels appear to be harder to receive here in the Atlanta Area. I have had a HDTV for
a couple of years and while living in a fourth floor Apartment on Windy Hill Road, I could receive
all Digital Channels in Atlanta just using a connected piece of speaker wire. However up near the
Town Center Mall area of Northeast Cobb County with rabbit ears only one channel, 5 (WAGA-Fox) can
be received. Using an outdoor antenna I get most channels, but 11 (WXIA-NBC) and 36 (WB) do not
serve my area with a suitable signal. I am do not worry however, as I subscribe to cable, and I
was just testing but not relying on antenna service. Here are links to help you out on Friday,
June 12th when you television goes dark. If you have any questions feel free to email and I will
help you out.

One second note Comcast Cable also informed me that their service in my area is also going Digital for all Extended Basic Channels (non-local channels) also in June so all televisions will be required to use a converter box (which they will more than happy to rent to you). They loan each house two boxes at this moment to make the transition. They claim that when the conversion is complete, the new HDTV tuners with ATSC and QUAM tuners will still require a converter box, which if true I find appalling as that is why the QUAM television standard was set up.

Tuesday, April 21, 2009: New FM Signal in Atlanta!
Atlanta has a new FM Radio Signal. Well actually and old one is back. WWWQ-HD2 which is now known
as the Old 99x is broadcasting from 97.9 FM as “99x on 97.9”. Broadcasting from the low power
translator W250BC located in Riverdale, GA its signal can be heard in the car North of Cumming.
Transmitting with an antenna height of 1,000 feet and a very limited 250 watts, the station
give a good broadcast signal to the North side the Atlanta Metro Area in the car, however in my
Marietta home, interference from 97.7 in Rome, GA and stations on 98.1 destroy the signal. The
station returns Commercial Alternative broadcasting to the Atlanta metro area which was partially
covered by “Project 961” and “Rock-100.5” in some of their play lists. 99x was widely known as
one of the first Commercial Alternative format radio stations in the United States and is widely
credited with helping launch the new broadcast genre in the early 1990s. It is great to hear old
music favorites on the radio, however an outside antenna will be needed in the house if listening
is desired OTP (outside the perimeter).
Thursday, April 01, 2009: Atlanta Radio does some Flipping!
Atlanta for the last few years has maintained a rather steady and STAGNET radio industry over the last
few years. Some exceptions to this was WPCH (Light Rock) switching to WBUL (Country) and the new
Move in 105.3 frequency rolling from 80s to talk to its current format of Spanish in the last couple
of years. Also Atlanta witnessed the migration of 102.3 in Buford and 100.1 on the north side also
to Spanish Broadcasting. But there has been a real shakeup for most of the Atlanta Radio Cluster in
Atlanta. 107.5 “Jazz Flavor” and 97.5 “Gospel” have both merged to form “107-5 97-5 Magic FM”
playing R&B Mix of the 70s, 80s and 90s along with major syndicated programs. The gospel format has
moved to Mableton’s 102.5 as “Praise 102.5”. With every modification of the Atlanta Radio Format
structure comes more R&B, more Spanish. Of the stations left in the Rock, Soft Rock and even Country
formats come more mainstream convergence in programming. I have heard the same song play on Star94,
Q100, 955 the Beat, Hot 107.5, and a possible Pirate Energy 98 in the same hour. The same statement
can be made for the same Eagles song being played on 949 the Bull, 971 the River, B98.5 and Rock
100.5 in a two hour period.
Atlanta has relatively few radio stations for its size and much less format selections than even
smaller cities like Nashville, TN; St. Louis, MO and even Albuquerque, NM which all have much more
radio variety. Why not try other innovative radio format mixes. “The Point” stations in Tampa
and Jacksonville, FL plays an upbeat rock selection of the late 70s, 80s and early 90s and is very
good. “Jack-FM” format stations are on many other stations; they play a little variety of
everything. “92.9 Dave-FM” is a rather bad attempt at this idea by only concentrating on a very
small niche and small library of songs. “Energy” or “Party” formats are another radio option and
my favorite. These stations play Dance music: Not Disco, but Club music and Club mixes of Popular
Music both Current and from the Past. Party type radio stations have fallen off radio dials in
cities such as Chicago, Miami, Phoenix, and Los Angeles so this option may not every be given a
viable chance in Atlanta. This format is however available online. One final interest format
which I found from listening to a local Pirate was introduced by KNRJ (known nationwide at
“Energy 98” out of Phoenix). They recently dumped their dance format to introduce “Classic
Hip-Hop” playing the best music of early and current Hip Hop Genre. I actually have listed to
the station online several times as it is rather entertaining as you are older. However like all
other stations: REPETITION may also hurt that station.
One thing that is killing the radio industry and satellite radio industry is the constant repetition
of the same 30-50 songs for months. More variety is needed. As time passes more music is in the
library, SO PLAY IT! Back to Boortz and Clark Howard maybe they should go to FM!

Last week, while listening to the news I heard an astounding sound bite: “Half a million new unemployment jobless
claims were filed” just last week alone. Astounding and daunting for all of those who have been out of work, or who
are now out of work. Currently I am still employed, but know of several friends who were shocked at loosing their job.
One friend Matt worked at the same retail job for 10 years and for no truly apparent reason was unexpectedly let go.
The company however had this all planed out and had the paperwork in order. After 10 years it’s not too hard to nit pick
a minor mistake. This is the new reality that America now has to face in their professional lives. There is one bright spot
which I hope all utilize is your local Unemployment Office. Years ago while I was out of work, I attended job coaching
seminars at the Georgia Department of Labor office near Town Center Mall. I was utterly surprised at the lengths these
people go in their office to not only assist you with finding a new job and developing a new possible career path which
may be totally different than what you do now. I recommend on a career assessment test to see what other forms of
work you may be interested in as I was truly surprised and benefited a lot from this class. In the past when I have been
let go from work, I have always had retail jobs to fall back on to get back into the game. That is NO LONGER TRUE.
I have been saying for years that the retail industry had been expanding at an extremely aggressive rate. From where
I am, I can get to five Wal-Mart Supercenters, four Home-Depots, and ten Grocery Stores all in less than 15 minutes.
We all knew this was coming as we have been counting for years on the retail industry to hold up the American economy.
But for this job market nothing should be off the table, but don’t give up as there are jobs out there. My company is
expanding and several companies we work with are expanding; so don’t give up on your future, because as Americans
we always come back stronger. And while I did not vote for Obama, because of his socialist views, his passion may be
exactly what America needs to pull together as one and work for much stronger and sounder America!!! GOOD LUCK and
DON’T GIVE UP… As we have all in the past or will all (as industries change) in the future be in your shoes one day!
