Day 1c (07/14/2001) Utah/Colorado Trip

Dixie National Forest, Utah

The following picture was taken on a mountain area along Highway 12, that seemed to be an island of trees and vegetation, who's climate was very cold and damp, but completely surrounded by very dry warm and lifeless environments. The elevation in this area was around 9,000 feet above sea level.
