Midwest Road Trip

Willard Library - Evansville, IN:
From Mammoth Cave in Kentucky, we headed south a few miles to catch the WM H. Natcher Pkwy, then
West on the Western Kentucky Parkway then continued North on the Pennyrile Parkway into Evansville,
Indiana. Once there we checked out the Willard Library located in downtown Evansville. The
travel mate is very interested in Paranormal activity (I am not so much, but love the travel) so
several locations during this trip are locations he has wanted to see based on the Ghost Hunters
Television Show and Paranormal Websites. The Willard Library claims to have the largest
circulation in the area and is a hub for genealogy research for families and their pasts.
I did a little research, but we arrive very close to the libraries closing time. The
architecture of this library was very impressive, but the location was not as impressive.
A shootout must have occurred in the area as many pistol and rifle shells were on the grounds.
So maybe the ghost tourism at night should be done virtually using the webcams as it is not
located in the best parts of town… Quite a library although.
