Day 3 (10/22/2004) Stop 12
Griffith Park Mountain

Griffith Park and Mountain is a Los Angeles park which is nestled in between Interstate 5, the Ventura Freeway (134), and the Hollywood Freeway (101). This park consists of a city Zoo, a park, and a mountaintop astronomical observatory. We took a drive up to the top of the mountain for city top photos. One note the extreme top of the mountain along with the observatory is currently closed for renovations. Below are the photos from the near-top of Griffith Mountain.
